Sakinah Kaiser Named New Depression Army Blog Manager

Depression Army is pleased to welcome Sakinah Kaiser as its new Blog Manager!

Sakinah is a full time mental health advocate, blogger and author. She hopes to shed light on mental illness and reduce the stigma against those in need of help. In addition to her work with DA, she is also a crisis counselor with the Crisis Text Line.
