About Miki

Miki is a 26-year old photographer, activist, genderqueer American, currently based in Istanbul, Turkey. Their photography focuses on human rights and social justice movements, and has included crowd-funded projects across the U.S. and internationally. More recently, Miki has started using self-portraits and writing to document their own struggles with major depressive disorder, social anxiety, and PTSD.
